Question: What are the benefits and advantages/disadvantages of modern traffic circles in comparison with signaled intersections? Is there a resulting design that can incorporate the benefits of both systems?

Hey Cam, You might also want to compare two different locations. A traffic circle may benefit one place more than another, because of traffic flow, population, etc. The design may also affect the effectiveness of one.
